Our CFPs deliver a continuous supply of oxygen, 24/7/365, catering to both medical and industrial demands, and can be customized to fit specific needs.

Oxygen Quality: 93±3% purity, with options to upgrade to 99.5% purity upon request.

Oxygen Dew Point: Below -60°C.

Operating Range: 5°C to 45°C.

Final Pressure: 150-200 BarG.

Our comprehensive oxygen cylinder filling system is designed to meet a broad range of needs, capable of filling 8 to 100 oxygen cylinders daily. The system encompasses a suite of components including a feed air compressor, air dryer, oxygen generator, oxygen compressor, and cylinder filling rack. Our oxygen compressor elevates the oxygen pressure to 2,200 psig (15,169 kPa or 151.6 barg), channeling it into a high-pressure manifold that efficiently fills up to 10 cylinders simultaneously. This automated cylinder filling machinery consistently produces oxygen with a nominal purity of 93%. For applications requiring higher purity, we offer an optional module that boosts oxygen concentration to 99%.

BEILI provides a versatile range of solutions, catering to the production of 10 to 100 medical oxygen cylinders daily, with pressures ranging from 150 to 200 bar. Engineered to conform to rigorous industry standards, our oxygen cylinder filling system promises reliable technical performance and safety. In Hospital oxygen production, each patient requires oxygen of 20 l/mins, requiring 1.2 m³ /hour.

Filled oxygen cylindersFor filling oxygen cylinders, it is necessary to determine 1. the type of oxygen cylinder and 2. the working pressure.

eg, 40L/200bar oxygen cylinder, 40*200=8000L, about 8m³ of oxygen capacity, then multiply, e.g., filling 100 cylinders/day.100*8=800 m³ of oxygen /day. the oxygen plant working 20 hours, 800/20= 40, then 40 m³ oxygen machine is your model
